Delivery times vary by island and item type, but most packages arrive within 5–10 business days after we receive them. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. 

 4. How do I place an order? 

Simply review our services and pricing to decide your preferences, then use the Contact form to communicate with our support personnel. Create an account with your chosen store, (Example: Walmart or ALDI), using your phone number and ZIP Code 33414. Select the “Pickup” option, then proceed with your online shopping. Upload your shopping receipt and enter your details in the Contact Us form. We will prompt you regarding payments to us, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking updates once your items are on the move.

 6. Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! Every shipment includes real-time tracking so you can monitor your package from pickup to delivery. Once we have shipped your items, we will send you the tracking number.
