- Select the ‘Pickup’ option and start shopping from your online store
Select the Contact US button at the top right of the ShipSmart Caribbean web page, to upload your receipt, and communicate with us.
We will prompt you with details of shipping cost and service fees, using the email you have provided.
- We pickup, process, and ship your items
- We send you the tracking information so you can track your delivery in real time
